We’re teaming up with local award-winning Karu Distillery for an unforgettable night of artisan spirits, exceptional food and celestial wonder under the Blue Mountains night sky.
Escape the ordinary and join us for an intimate celebration of craft and landscape. Your evening begins with a welcome drink, flowing seamlessly into an expert-led Karu Gin masterclass and guided tasting paired with artisanal Meredith Dairy cheeses.
Then settle in for a carefully curated multi-course dinner and dessert crafted by our chefs, before stepping out onto the escarpment as the night deepens. With minimal light pollution and crisp mountain air, an expert astronomer will guide your gaze across the Southern constellations—complete with a warming hot chocolate station to finish the night on a high.
