The Lookout at Echo Point is paying tribute to Earth Hour by inviting guests to a unique candlelit dinner experience. Designed by Group Executive Chef George Diamond, the one-night-only menu will feature a 4-course meal and will start with a Gin and Tonic from Archie Rose, with optional wine pairings expertly chosen by Head Sommelier Louella Mathews.
Guests will dine in the soft glow of hundreds of candles, creating a beautiful and memorable atmosphere.
