Seating: Whilst we note all table requests, we do not guarantee dining location within the venue and due to our layout, we cannot guarantee window tables for larger parties.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations on or before May 4th, 2026: A full refund excluding booking fee is available for cancellations received via emailing TheLookoutManagement@thelookoutechopoint.com

Cancellations between May 4th-8th, 2026: 50% refunds will be issued, excluding booking fee.

Cancellations after May 8th, 2026: No refunds will be issued.

No shows: Will be charged full ticket price.

Surcharge: A 10% surcharge will be applied to the total beverage bill on Mother’s Day
